Hi I’m Al === owner of Basements Unlimited since 19==. We specialize in home remodeling in central Ohio, where our focus is personalized service and quality craftsmanship. We understand the importance of homeowner satisfaction and would like to take a moment to give you the answers to the top three most commonly asked questions by our clients. We understand the importance of finding the best contractor for your home renovation project. Our personalized consultation covers all the bases of your home renovation. We listen to your desires for your new space. Give you any advice on new innovations and what would look and function best Show you examples of other home renovations and construction techniques that have proven valuable. Provide you with plans for your new room, a detailed estimate of cost, and other important information pertaining to your home remodeling project. The cost of the job will be the estimate price. There is no price jacking for whatever reason. When we get the go-ahead on your job, we will give you a start date and a completion date. All work is fully guaranteed and the work site is fully insured. We believe the job is not finished until the customer is completely satisfied. We use only quality materials. Construction is done like building a new house: 2 X 4 walls, insulation, vapor barrier, full electrical, dry wall, wood moldings, specialty lights, and glass block windows. We offer many customized items such as; bathrooms, wet bars, entertainment centers, desk and computer units and cedar closets. If you as the customer have preferences in building materials etc.

Although basement renovation has been the cornerstone to our business we also offer kitchen and bathroom remodeling, family room and home office installations, and a variety of other home improvement needs. Everything is completed with the same top quality materials and reasonable cost. Basements Unlimited has done projects in most subdivisions.
