Do you have a caravan? Unlike cars and motorhomes, caravan insurance is not compulsory, so many people overlook it or take out minimal insurance. There are 3 types of caravan insurance, depending on your needs. Many people house their caravan at their homes and use them only for touring. Comprehensive static insurance will cover all of these eventualities.
While Park Homes are only technically static motorhomes, they also don’t fall under the category of permanent dwellings because they can be moved from one site to the other. Park Home insurance is a special type of caravan insurance that takes into consideration your larger investment and the fact that generally a park home is also where you live. Park homes are exposed to inclement weather and should be insured against fires, flood damage and other natural catastrophes as well as against theft, vandalism and accidents. Shield Park Home insurance is so fully comprehensible, yet affordable, that it would be foolish to go without it.
